Due to continued growth and the success of new business Aspect Group Services are seeking a Multi-skilled Tradesman on a sub-contractor basis, who can work on their own initiative across multiple sites assisting our Property Services Teams. We are looking for candidates who are fully equipped, including transport.
Works will include:
- Carpentry
- Patch Plastering & Re-decoration
- Roofline
- Rainwater goods
- Internal and External finishing, mastics and sealants
- Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Experience of roofing works on New Build sites/ and or occupied homes
- Strong Customer Services skills
- Full driving license
- CSCS Card holder
- First Aid trained
- Manual handling trained
- Competent at working at height
- Asbestos Awareness/ non-licensed Asbestos removal trained
