We are delighted to have appointed 4 new members of staff at the beginning of last month; 2 Drivers/Storemen, a Roofing Supervisor and a Business Support Manager.
We employed 2 new Drivers/Storemen; Andy Kemp and Alan Gray, who will assist us with our existing and new contracts ensuring all deliveries are on time and all materials and waste are collected. They will play a vital role in the smooth running of our operations across the region. They both have previous experience of working in the industry and region and have already become important cogs in the Aspect wheel.
We welcome Paul Nicholas as a Roofing Supervisor. Paul has been in roofing for 40 years, originally working as an estimator in flat roofing. Paul project managed one of the first social housing schemes in the country for Saffron Housing where they installed PV Systems to the roofs on over 500 properties. We are looking forward to developing and expanding our working knowledge and expertise with Paul.
We also welcome Serena Verney as Business Support Manager. Serena will be assisting the business across all aspects of our work from Health and Safety, Compliance and Fleet Management, to Marketing & Social Media, Office Management and Training. Serena started her career in the property development/construction industry back in 2014 and is keen to develop her knowledge further with Aspect.
