What we do.
Our Property Services Division is an exciting area of the business that is progressively expanding. With several internal and external improvement schemes, such as Kitchen & Bathroom upgrades, DDA/ LAS conversions, M&E installations and compliance services being secured with new and existing clients including public & social landlords and housing providers across the East Anglian Region.
We are also working with Roalco as a subcontractor delivering their external brickwork re-pointing contract for Norwich city council. These repointing works have also enabled us to offer chimney repointing and rebuilding services utilising our team of experienced and qualified brick layers. Aspect Property Services are just finishing a successful Fire remedial works programme with the support of our approved contractors in the fire industry.
We are also undertaking some exciting and interesting refurbishment works for our private clients some who have previously employed the services of our Roofing Division and now can benefit from the full range of works that our Property Services Division can offer whilst receiving the same high level of customer service. One of these projects is an extension to a Grade II listed barn to provide a kitchen and washroom facilities to the barn so that it can be used as a new wedding function venue.
To enable us to provide a high-quality service we have well trained, experienced staff. Each of our divisions is led by a team of highly capable members of staff, many who all started out on the tools and have developed and honed their skills, working their way up to Management level.
We provide our staff with relevant and required training, using online tools and external training partners, which we complement with our Toolbox Talks. Our workforce receive training on customer care, equality and diversity, and safeguarding. Our Customer Care Policy highlights the expected behaviours in terms of communication, dos and don’ts, identification and uniform, keeping appointments and working practices.
All employees are provided with our Equal Opportunities Policy and our Equality and Diversity Policy at induction stage. Equality and diversity is also covered in at least one tool-box talk every year.
Our staff understand the diverse nature of our clients’ customers and know that they should not discriminate in any way against any group or individual. The services that we provide are accessible to all. Our Customer Profiling exercise ensures that we are aware of any relevant characteristic of a customer and this enables our workforce to adjust their approach to respect the customer’s circumstances.
