Overview
Victory Housing Trust is both a registered charity and provider of affordable homes.
Under the Eastern Procurement Framework, we have been carrying out works for Victory Housing Trust since November 2016.
Currently, in our second year of the contract, we are working to deliver their annual refurbishment programme; in the past year, we have completed 66 bathrooms, 93 kitchens.
The programme was delivered by our dedicated teams under the close supervision of our contract management team.
All works were undertaken whilst the properties were fully occupied. Our site supervision and co-ordination teams liaise with residents to ensure they are kept advised of our works.
We committed to working to individual residents needs and doing so has resulted in Resident Satisfaction being amongst the highest. Working closely with our clients, we have completed works on time and to the budget which ensures the whole partnering arrangement is successful.

Works Undertaken
- Survey of each property undertaken.
- Removal of all the existing units, sinks/ sanitary ware, worktops, tiling, flooring and other associated equipment.

- Taps and mixers, bath/ shower mixers

- Toilet seats and toilet roll holder
- 450mm x 600mm mirror
Associated Electrical Works
- Replacement of all required electrical fittings
- New additional sockets as required
- Where there had been fire damage a full electrical installation and a new consumer unit was installed.
